Thomas Fitzgerald, 1806 - June 22, 1850? Buried at South Gloucester.
This was probably the Thomas Fitzgerald whose farm was in Gloucester,
just NE of Manotick. May be a brother of my Great-Great Grandmother,
Mary Fitzgerald.
The cemetery records say that Thomas died in 1850. In the 1851
census for Osgoode Township, Con 2, E half lot 14, 100 acres, Thomas
Fitzgerald (son ?)
reported that the wheat crop failed.
Thomas Fitzgerald, age 46 ?, paid taxes on this property in 1856.

Seeking info on Margaret HOWLEY, who was born about 1820 in Ireland. She was
the daughter of John HOWLEY and Mary Unknown. She married an unknown
HARRISON and had son John, in Brady's Bend about 1848. Also had son
Michael, place unknown. I think Mr. HARRISON died, and Margaret remarried
a Thomas FITZGERALD and had my great grandfather in Ottawa, Canada.
they moved to Pittsburgh about 1865.
Margaret had a brother Thomas, who was the father of 20+ kids.
One of them may have been named Frank.
